Juan is Managing Director of ADVANTERE School of Management A.I.E., a management training school for postgraduate students founded by the Pontifical University of Comillas and by the University of Deusto, with Georgetown University as an academic partner.

Juan is also a founding partner of Aumentta Strategy Advisors S.L., a company dedicated to the digitalization of processes for SMEs.

His professional career began at the German multinational Thyssenkrupp company, where he has held positions of top responsibility in Spain and in international markets such as Chile, Turkey, and Italy. He is an expert in commercial management and sales, in the definition and implementation of business models, in strategic analysis, in project management, in mergers and acquisitions, in team management and direction, in change management and in processes digitalization.
