Alberto Ruiz Capillas
Alberto graduated in law from the University of Oviedo. Practising lawyer since 1991 and property administrator Member of the college since 1996, Alberto is currently president of the Order of Property Administrators of Cantabria, having exercised this responsibility during various previous terms.
He has developed doctoral courses at the University of Cantabria, Faculty of Law, Chair of Procedural Law and is an associate professor at the University of Cantabria. He also holds a master’s degree in mediation.
Alberto is a professor at the University of Burgos, graduate course in real estate studies, professor at the official school of the Order of Property Administrators of Cantabria, practical legal workshops, lecturer in the communication seminars organised by the Order of Property Administrators of Aragon throughout Spain, speaker at the Corredoira days of the Order of Property Administrators of Galicia, lecturer at the Brotons course organised by the Order of Property Administrators of Valencia and Castellón, member of the legislative committee of the CGCAFE – draft of the draft law on horizontal property, member of the innovation and services committee of the CGCAFE council And member of the PROFESSIONAL IMAGE working group.
He has written more than 100 opinion and editorial articles in specialised journals in the sector.
