Industrial Engineer from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Carlos began his professional career in the lift industry in 1993 joining Thyssenkrupp Elevadores (today TKE), where he stayed during 23 years with different roles.

Afterwards, he worked in other companies as area manager during 3 years and in the end he established his own company A4A, where he worked 3 years more.

Between the years 2012 and 2016 he cooperated with the Madrid Lift Association and in the Feed CyE and NyL committees.  He also was the promoter and president of the Association of Castilla La Mancha.
