Iñaki Calvo
Iñaki Calvo is a Mechanical Engineer and holds an Executive MBA from Ashridge Business School (United Kingdom). He has more than 30 years of international experience in industrial management, operations, and manufacturing plant transformation. Throughout his career, he has held positions of increasing responsibility within Bosch and later SEG Automotive, working in Spain, Germany, and Hungary.
A specialist in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0, he has led industrialization, digitalization, restructuring, and international production transfer projects, as well as the launch of new technologies for electric mobility. He currently serves as Operations Manager Europe at SEG Automotive, where he is responsible for the company’s industrial operations across several European manufacturing plants.
